W.Va. Board OKs 40 Counties’ Preschool Plans
The West Virginia Board of Education has approved 40 counties’ plans for implementing universal prekindergarten programs.

San Jose Sharks Sign Forward T.J. Trevelyan and Defenseman Sean Sullivan
SAN JOSE – San Jose Sharks Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that the team has signed unrestricted free agent left wing T.J. Trevelyan to a one-year contract. In keeping with club policy, financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
