As the court battle over his one-vote win moves toward a scheduled Jan. 14 trial, Peter J. Durant said he should be sworn in Jan. 5 as the 6th Worcester District’s state representative – even if only temporarily.

Longtime Upper Dublin Commissioner Jules Mermelstein announces his resignation
For The Ambler Gazette On Dec. 14 at 9:30 p.m. Jules Mermelstein announced via e-mail that his 19-year tenure on the Upper Dublin Board of Commissioners would be coming to an end effective Jan. 11, 2011.
