how do i sms cute teddy holding ‘Love U’ board using non-pictur phn to Nokia 3210/simi pic.phone?

long ago friend used mobile (vodaphone sagem 815PRO) to send a picture sms with cute teddy in two down-presses, where the teddy was holding a message-board saying ‘Big hug’ or Love u’
Does anyone know the dots,dashes,&,+,= etc that go in to make these pictures appear on the likes of a Nokia 3210. Please and thanx
On Nokia 3210 they came thru as cute teddy pictures but on vodaphone or others that had no picture facility, they came thru as jumblled dots and dashes and other ‘characters’!!!!

It cannot receive some graphics and MMS messages. It has limited features only.
