Led by starting pitcher Erik Dessau the Calgary Vipers defeated the Tijuana Big Horn Sheep 9-2 at Foothills Stadium in Calgary, Alberta. On the mound Dessau (3-2) threw six innings allowing two runs while at the plate the pitcher collected two hits including two runs batted in and two runs scored.
